Apple Pie!

Coming to America has unlocked the Iron Chef restrained within me! Having an oven in the kitchen helps too haha...

Anyway me and my apartment mates decided to try and bake an apple pie. And no, it wasn't a disaster! It turned out really delicious, except that we put in a bit too much cinnamon spice so it got a bit tangy.

The hand-written, SEKRET RECIPE!!! (from the Internet lol :p)
First you must pare off the apple skins...

Then you must chop and slice...
Then you prepare the flour, sugar, butter and spice mix...
Glaze the top with egg white...

Bake!

Tada! Looks good?

It smelled heavenly...super fragrant and tastes a lot better than what it looks! In the first place it doesn't even look THAT bad...right? XD

I leave you now with what I call a picture of "Happy Apples". Can you see why? =)
