Jacqueline just called me to ask for the title of a Mambo song...and much to my dismay, I realized I'm pretty rusty...couldn't give her the answer until 5minutes of brain-wrecking recall..."Don't You Want Me" by The Human League!
Anyway, that aside, she's eating Nasi Lemak and Carrot Cake in a Singaporean cafe called "Singapore Cafe", located in lower east Manhattan...BAH!
Now I'm missing SG food...damn...Jac, Xu, Mad, you people make me jealous!!!
And on a side note, I'm so damn charred from my Florida trip now everybody is commenting about it lol...I think I'm darker than I ever was in Singapore lol...maybe as dark as I was in NS? Haha...regardless...love the sun...
Feels so surreal that Spring Break is over...I'm trudging through neverending readings and assignments are piling once more, but I'm still stuck in 2nd gear...arghhh, why must Spring Break end!!!
And WHY DOES GEORGIA HAVE ONLY ONE FRIGGIN' MISERABLE PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE FIRST HALF OF THE YEAR? Martin Luther King Holiday and that's it? Not even Easter or Good Friday? WTH...and I thought the United States of America was Christian...
So while Jac, Xu, and Mad will make Easter plans to hit the sunny south, I'm left here moping in Atlanta, waiting for my end of sem to come...damn, time really flies. It's almost 1 month left before term ends, then 'll be back in Singapore soon...
I really don't know how I would feel when that inevitable day comes to board the plane and ride back East...but I guess this is not the time for such mulling...work here I come!
